Contract Management
Contract Management is essential to controlling your IT costs. A dedicated Atrion Contract Specialist will help you gain a full understanding of your infrastructure and provide a single point of contact to help manage your administrative and financial interests. Atrion will:

• Help you consolidate your contracts and co-term expiration dates to benefit your financial strategies.
• Review and recommend appropriate support levels based upon the criticality of your systems.
• Provide advance notification of expiring warranties, CarePacks, and contracts at 90/60/30 days.
• Create budgetary quotations to help you plan for your next fiscal year.

Asset Management
Asset Management is a critical component of corporate finances and fiscal responsibility.  Often, a company will find themselves spending more on support then the cost of a new server, or paying for support on a device that has been previously de-commissioned, or worse yet, having unsupported servers. Each of these situations can be prevented when Atrion’s tracks your inventory.  Atrion will maintain an internal record of your current IT devices under warranty or contract.  We will add and subtract systems as you make and report changes to your environment.  Upon renewals, we will conduct a survey and interview to verify your IT assets.

IT Retirement Planning
As part of our IT support offerings, Atrion will notify you when equipment is approaching “End of Support Life” (EOSL), and will no longer be covered under contract.  We will work with you to create an IT retirement plan that may include one or more of the following options:

• De-commission aging equipment in an orderly and environmentally sound manner that utilizes state and federally licensed contractors to recycle and/or destroy your confidential data.
• Architect a replacement solution to refresh your infrastructure with new state-of-the-art servers and storage and lower your Total Cost of Ownership.
• Take advantage of Manufacturer sponsored trade-in programs.
• Develop a plan for migrating data from old to new systems.
